About you
As a QA, you'll create detailed test plans for fan experiences, working with some of sport’s biggest organisations.
You'll be responsible for prioritising and coordinating activities, ensuring that our products exceed customer expectations.
You’ll have a rigorous attention to detail and are obsessive about delivering a great product every time.

Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documentation to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimating, prioritising, planning and coordinating testing activities
Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products/projects to meet client needs
Conducting various testing types and approaches for responsive web applications with interactive elements to ensure sufficient test coverage
Identifying, recording, documenting inconsistencies thoroughly and track bugs
Analysing and monitoring debugging process results
Providing test result reports and updates to stakeholders
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify interdependencies
Assist with designing, developing and executing automation scripts using open source tools
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Qualifications & Experience
QA & Testing Fundamentals
Proven experience (3+ years) in software quality assurance, ideally within interactive or fan engagement platforms.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies.
Experience reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to provide meaningful feedback.
Skilled in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Ability to estimate, prioritise, plan, and coordinate testing activities in a fast-paced environment.
Testing Techniques & Tools
Experience conducting functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing for responsive web applications.
Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device testing, ensuring consistency across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in tracking and documenting inconsistencies, reporting bugs, and working closely with developers to resolve issues.
Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.
Automation & Scripting
Experience designing, developing, and executing automation scripts using open-source tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Understanding of API testing using tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests within deployment processes.
Problem-Solving & Communication
Strong analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to monitor and interpret test results.
Experience liaising with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify dependencies and ensure smooth product delivery.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple testing tasks efficiently.
